Information & insight

CoPaCC produces thematic reports and expert events, covering key issues of policy and practice in the policing, blue light and criminal justice sectors

As part of CoPaCC’s work, we conduct cutting-edge research into areas relating to the governance, management and politics of policing.
Reports
To date, we have published thematics on “PCCs and Partnership”, “PCCs and Innovation”, “PCCs and Public Engagement” and “PCCs and Transparency”.
Moving forward, we plan to broaden our range of thematics beyond this PCC focus, so as to help in the development and delivery of new policy ideas and approaches across policing, criminal justice and the broader emergency services.
Events
CoPaCC delivers valuable events informing delegates about key policy and practice with expert speakers from the policing, criminal justice and bluelight sectors.
Recent events have included a Transparency Awards event and a National Briefing Day for police and crime commissioner candidates.
